Was telling you earlier about this new diet fad out of the UK.  Basically you eat whatever you want for five days and fast for the other two to end out the week.  Do you think it would work for you?  The author says he lost 20 pounds in nine weeks. I don't trust myself to do it personally, plus I'm not so good as fasting, but hey it might work.   Find out more by clicking the book cover above.
